Polyurethane Foam

CUSTOM FABRICATORS POLYURETHANE FOAM
There are three main types of polyurethane foam used in packaging.
CHARCOAL POLYURETHANE FOAM
Charcoal polyurethane foam is very commonly used in packaging because it has the largest variety of densities and it is the most cost effective of the standard foams we carry. It’s dark color helps to keep your inserts looking better longer. This is especially important when you reuse your polyurethane foam inserts.
ANTI-STATIC POLYURETHANE FOAM
Anti-static polyurethane comes in three densities 1.2 PCF, 1.7 PCF, and 1.9 PCF. The most common use for anti-static polyurethane is convoluted foam inserts in tuck top boxes. It can also be used to make foam inserts and end caps for any sensitive electronics products.
