Polyethylene Foam is a closed cell waterproof foam. Polyethylene foam comes in many different densities and colors.

Light Duty
Laminated Plank (1.2 PCF density) material is available in thicknesses ranging from 1/32″ thick to 1/2″ thick for rolls and 1/2″ to 3″ is sheets. 1.2 PCF foam is to most commonly used make inserts or end caps for lightweight electronics and items that just need abrasion protection.
Meets MIL spec MIL-A-A-59136 Class 1 Grade A Type


Lower Cost Medium Duty
Reprocessed Plank (1.5 PCF density)made from laminated 1/2″ or 1″ sheets. The 1.5 PCF is only available in Black. It can be more cost effective than virgin material, but does not come with a Certificate of Conformance. Standard sheet size is 48″ x 108″ and is available in many different thicknesses.


Medium Duty
Laminated Plank (1.7 PCF, 2.2 PCF densities) made from laminated 1/2″ or 1″ sheets. 1.7 PCF and 2.2 PCF polyethylene is available in Black, Anti-static, and Natural (White) Varieties. Standard sheet size is 48″ x 108″ and is available in many different thicknesses.

Heavy Duty
Extruded Polyethylene Planks (2.2 PCF, 4 PCF, 6 PCF, 9 PCF) extruded foam is made in 1″, 2″ , & 3″ thickness only. These products are available in Black, Antistatic, and Natural varieties. These products are commonly used in heavier packaging applications, and OEM Products. PLEASE CALL FOR AVAILABILITY ON BLACK AND ANTI-STATIC EXTRUDED SHEETS
