Distributors Polyurethane Foam

Military spec polyurethane foam inserts

There are three main types of polyurethane foam that we supply to packaging distributors.

CHARCOAL POLYURETHANE FOAM

Charcoal polyurethane foam is very commonly used in packaging because it has the largest variety of densities and it is the most cost effective of the standard foams we carry.  It's dark color helps to keep your inserts looking better longer.  This is especially important when you reuse your polyurethane foam inserts.

Charcoal Polyurethane Convoluted Insert

ANTISTATIC POLYURETHANE FOAM

Antistatic polyurethane comes in three densities 1.2 PCF, 1.7 PCF, and 1.9 PCF.  The most common use for antistatic polyurethane is convoluted foam inserts in tuck top boxes.  It can also be used to make foam inserts and end caps for any sensitive electronics products.
